This release is the eleventh in the Singles series of songs. This was actually the first song I wrote when I got back into writing after my teaching career appeared to be over. It is a song of emotional support, and even physical support for someone I care very much about. Sometimes, someone you love is going through something that you really cannot do anything about. All you can do is be there for them when they need you and steady them when they falter a bit.
Be the hand that holds them up.
